i tried googling this when i was getting my wart gold but nobody knew so i decided to take one for the team and test it
flying - +18°(or - depending on direction of farm), holding w and a direction button ( a or d)
non-flying from the side - 116 speed just a direction button
these also apply for potato/carrot/wheat btw
