Alt account macro or whatever

I was playing nodebuff duels a while ago and I came upon an account that was afk so I killed them thinking nothing of it until they instaqueued right after they died. Then I load int0 the next game and there they are again. Once again afk, so I kill them and same thing happens. This happens like a good fifteen more times until I log off. Is this common or something new?
