A way to prevent macro flippers?

Reason for the idea:

I stumbled upon a video on youtube about the Cofl flipping mod, and I thought "Hmm, might be good, but also full of cheaters macroing flips". And guess what? I was right! Most of the times are the same low levels buying everything, all of them with 0 progress at all in the game, billions and billions of coins spent and made in the AH, hundreds of millions in the purse etc etc etc.
