1 sweat team per lobby

I work doing construction all day and I come home make dinner and like to play Bedwars for a couple of hours. I like playing 4v4v4v4 with random players, Its a blast. Well sometimes. Its impossible to find a lobby without a team of sweats in it. My definition of sweats is 4 high level people on a team that are in a discord call coordinating every move. Now that's cool and probably allot of fun but they fold as soon as another group of sweats come in the lobby leaving it just that 1 group...
