✓ Watchdog Remake - GitHub Link Hotfix

Hey everyone!

As of from now, this remake project will be ENTIRELY legal. I have moved everything to https://github.com/orgs/WatchdogRemake-Project and ItzSomebody has joined the team again because I have made the project legal. All updates will be over there.

Why the change? Because:

• I am going to stop leaking
• To make the source code open-sourced so you can see we aren't trying to screw your server
• Better organization
• Sheds a better light on us

ItzSomebody and HotSpot no longer will be working on this project.

Fixed WatchdogReport not loading

WatchdogReport has been updated to duplicated the same message that Hypixel has recently changed

Hotfix for /wdr not banning players

Watchdog Report completely recoded. Should now be 50x better

Fixed "no layout called userReport" error.
