WorldGuard and Factions support is built in, to make sure nobody can use the SandWands outside of their faction claims.
SandWand Commands:
/sandwand help ~ Shows all commands and plugin version
/sandwand give <player> ~ Gives a player a sandwand, can be used from console (adding uses support in future)
/sandwand reload ~ Reloads lang.yml and config.yml
