Very Sorry for the frequents updates. This will be probably the last plugin update forever if all things works fine.
Im also say that plugin is full complete now and the updates will stop.
Now i only do bug fixes if have any.
I still will add the todo list but new things only if they are essential

Reset your 1v1.yml file in order to update

Changelog:

Recoded the 1v1 na optimized the 1v1 code a lot
Fixed a console error that throws when a player challenge another in 1v1
Fixed a bug that causes the players only be able to challenge one person and cant challenge another because of the cooldown
Fixed the 1v1 tool cooldown never ends
Now the 1v1 tool cooldown is configurable in 1v1.yml
Fixed the killstreak message being send when the player kills another when if the player is not on kitpvp. Now if he is not on kitpvp no messages from kitpvp will be send
Fixe plugin causing worldguard flags being unable to protect players from explosion damage.

Make a hotfix for 1.14-1.15 because plugin does not work properly in these versions before.
