CTSNC+ is the higher version of CTSNC.
This version contains more unique and complete
customizable features than the normal version.

/CTS tablist -> Toggle the tablist ingame! [Console & Player]
/CTS title <title> <subtitle> -> Broadcast a message via Title/Subtitle to all Players!
/CTS actionbar <message> -> Broadcast a message via the Actionbar to all players!
