Cricket
Cricket

Advanced minecraft ticket manager with bukkit plugin, web interface and bungee support.

Note: Cricket requires java 8 to run. The web interface currently only supports zPerms and PermissionsEx for access control, though alternatives may be implemented on request. You can also manually enter permissions if you use an unsupported system.

The plugin and web interface also download about 50MB of dependencies (jetty etc.) on first start that could not be included due to upload size limits.

Introduction

Cricket is a ticketing system designed for minecraft. Initially made for PhanaticMC to replace ReportRTS, it has become a mature solution for managing tickets for medium-sized to large minecraft servers.

Features

  • Extensive permission system to control reporting and moderation. All permissions can be viewed in the online documentation.
  • Ticket queue/category and assignee system to allow managing jurisdictions of different staff groups.
  • Cross-server notifications through bungee and SQL (other systems may be added on request).
  • Periodic status broadcasts for staff (permission-based).
  • Extensive templating engine for both web interface and in-game messages.
  • Cross-world and cross-server teleports (also from the web interface) to ticket report locations.
  • Support for zPerms and PermissionsEx in the web interface with the same access control as in-game.
  • Comfortable conservation and status system for tickets.
  • Statistics page to view moderation and reporting activity.
