Default rank (Non) should give you permanent cookie booster

Nons should get a permanent cookie buff. To be honest, nons are crippled by the game and don't have access to many of the QOL features that us rank-havers have. They do not have quick crafting, extra wardrobe slots, reduced runecrafting and carpentry xp, their 3 second chat cooldown (censorship) and honestly way more features that I can't even think of off the top of my head. so a permanent cookie buff seems fair to me to help compensate for the nons that persevere and fight for their...
